Your starting point

Is Well XX for me?

Well XX is for women through midlife and beyond who want to build strength, improve fitness and feel more confident about looking after their health.

You might be new to exercise, returning after some time away, or already active and wondering how to train for your health now.

You don’t need to know how to lift weights or follow a particular routine before you join. We’ll help you start at a level that works for you and build from there.

More than an exercise class

Workout. Eat. Live for Longevity.

At Well XX, you’ll practise progressive exercise and learn how nutrition and recovery support your training. Across eight weeks, you’ll build strength and get a clearer idea of the exercise and support that might suit you next.

Apply

Take what you’ve learnt beyond Well XX in a way that works for you.

Think about the exercise, food habits and support you’d like to carry forward after the eight weeks.

You won’t just be told what to do. You’ll understand why you’re doing it and how to make it work for you.

Your eight weeks

Each week builds on the last. You’ll progress through strength, cardiovascular and impact exercise while learning about nutrition, recovery and the changes that can affect training through midlife.

You’ll have time to practise what you learn and see how it fits your own life.

    Start Where You Are

Discover your starting point and learn the foundations of strength and cardiovascular training, with exercises tailored to your current ability.

  2. Week 2

    Female Health

Progress your strength and movement while learning about hormonal changes, pelvic health and pressure management and how these can relate to exercise.

  3. Week 3

Build your resistance training and learn how to progress your weights, while exploring gut health, the microbiome and the influence of hormonal changes.

  4. Week 4

  5. Week 5

  6. Week 6

    Train, Recover & Adapt

Continue progressing your strength and fitness while exploring sleep, stress and recovery — and why recovery matters for long-term health and performance.

  7. Week 7

    Putting It Together

Bring strength, cardiovascular and impact exercise together while exploring practical nutrition, supplements and how to make informed choices for your health.

  8. Week 8

    Take It Forward

Review what you’ve learnt and the progress you’ve made in strength and fitness, then talk through ways to keep moving after the eight weeks.

Beyond the eight weeks

Learn. Move. Apply.

After eight weeks, you’ll have tried different ways to build strength and learnt how nutrition and recovery fit alongside exercise.

You’ll have a clearer idea of what works for you and what you might like to do next. If you’d like more support, we can talk through options to continue with a Well XX group class for accountability and point you towards other local resources.
